I am an academic user of the software, can I get support?
Answer
LimitState provides free software licensing for educational research and teaching purposes. Unfortunately, however, we are unable to support users with such a license due to our limited staff resources and the large number of potential queries that we may receive.
However, all software interfaces have all been designed to make the programs intuitive to use and both the User Manuals and our website (www.limitstate.com) contain a large amount of information relating to the use of our programs.
For organisations who might still require technical support, we can offer this as a paid-for service. For more information, please contact sales@limitstate.com.
