Q. How do I generate a diagnostics file from the license server?

To generate the diagnostics file:

1. In a browser, open the license server web interface (normally http://localhost:5054 if you're on the server itself).
2. On the left-hand side, click the "Diagnostics" button
3. Make a note of (or copy) the output file path
4. Click "Run Diagnostics" > "Continue"

You should then be able to locate the diagnostics file at the path from step 3. The file is plain text, so can be read in any basic text editor (Notepad, Notepad++, VB Code etc.)
